Physiotherapy – Musculoskeletal Helpline
The Musculoskeletal (MSK) Helpline is a phone service for people experiencing symptoms of MSK problems, such as back pain or sports injuries. If you feel you need help with a muscle or joint problem you can access the MSK Helpline by calling 0800 917 9390 where you will be able to speak to a trained advisor who will direct you to key advice to help you. Lines are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. You need to be 16 years of age or over to access this service. The “MSK Help” app is also available free from app stores.
