You must ensure that your portfolio is updated and the minimum evidence required to be in your ePortfolio by Friday 19th January 2018.
A Practice Based Educational Supervisor’s Report is required to be in your ePortfolio by Friday 26th January 2018.
Please ensure that you make regular log entries into your ePortfolio.
